What are Rustic Rewards? And how do I sign up?
Rustic Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you for shopping with us! It's FREE and easy to join! Your can sign up by creating an account - all we need is your name and email address. If you already have a Rustic Strength account, simply login and begin shopping. If you are new to Rustic Strength, click "Enroll Now" from your dashboard.
Having trouble signing in after creating your account?
You may need to activate your account. Email us at customercare@rusticstrength.com to get an account activation email/link.
I am already a customer, do I need a separate login for Rewards?
No, you will login to your account normally. You can click on the Rewards button at the lower right-hand corner of the screen to view your rewards, ways to earn and ways to redeem.
Is your login form or password not submitting?
Our website requires your browser to allow cookies in order to login. If you are unable to login even with the right username and password, you likely have cookies disabled on your browser. If you are using a browser that automatically blocks cookies (ex. DuckDuckGo), please use a standard browser and try again.
* In Chome, go to Preferences>Privacy and Security> change to "Allow all Cookies"
* In Safari, go to Preferences> Privacy> be sure to uncheck "Block all Cookies"
* On an iPhone, go to Settings> Safari > untoggle "Block all Cookies"
I've made purchases using different email addresses and have earned points on both, can I combine accounts?
Yes. Please email customercare@rusticstrength.com to have them merge your accounts. This is non-reversable. We recommend using a single login email each time you order to avoid loss of points and account information.
Can I get rewarded for referring your products?
Yes! With the Refer a Friend portion of our Reward Program, you will receive a code for your friend to use when they make a purchase. The code gives them $15 off. When they use that code for a purchase, you will also receive a $15 discount code.
Points
How do I know how many points I have? Where can I see my points in my account?
Your total points will be shown at the top of your account page, above your order history.
You can also view your Points balance by clicking on the Rewards Button at the lower right-hand corner of our website.
You must be logged in to see your points balance.
If your balance is not displaying properly, be sure you are using a browser that allows cookies and that your settings allow cookies. If you have a popup blocker turned on, this can also cause points not to display
How do I earn points + how do points for dollars spent work?
You'll earn 5 points for each dollar spent or more.
Iron Tier - $1 = 5 Points
Silver Tier - $1 = 6 Points
Gold Tier - $1 = 8 Points
Diamond Tier - $1 = 10 Points
We will also have special Points Days where your points earnings can double, triple or more.
Points are awarded on the subtotal of the order (after discounts & gift cards, and before taxes & shipping).
Points can also be earned in a number of other ways, including sending in your Close the Loop containers and celebrating your Birthday. You can always check out the Rewards Page for all the ways to earn!
How many points do I need to redeem for rewards or to make a purchase? And do points expire?
100 Points = $1
You may apply points in multiples of 100 to any order. Or you may redeem them for Gifts, by choosing your Gift from the Points Redemption page.
All unredeemed points will expire for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months (180 days) or more. Put simply, your points won't expire if you continue to earn points within 6 month periods. Points are earned through placing orders or our other ways to earn.
Rewards Members will be notified by email, of points expiring 60 days and again, 3 days before they expire.
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?
Points will be applied to your account after your order is fulfilled.
If your order has been delivered and you do not see your points, check that you shopped using the same email and login that you use for your Points account. If you find that you have more than one account, we can merge them for you.

Using the same email address when shopping ensures that you don't lose any points or order information.
It's my Birthday and I didn't get my reward.
Birthday points will not appear in your account until 30 days after you submit the date as a fraud prevention measure. If you do not see the points 30 days later, please contact us at customercare@rusticstrength.com.
What happens to my points if I return a product or an order is cancelled?
Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase.
If an order is placed using Rustic Rewards and then you complete a return, you forfeit points used.
I earned points but I don't know how to redeem them towards my purchase. How do I checkout using Points?
Before or during checkout be sure to log in so you're able to choose your reward. Ready to redeem points? You have two options for points redemption:
Option 1: From the Rewards Redemption page, you can choose the gifts or coupons that you would like to purchase with points. Simply add them to your cart.
Option 2: From your shopping cart, click on the "Redeem Points" button and enter the number of points you would like to apply toward your order.
I redeemed points for a coupon but it didn't apply to my order.
If you redeemed points for a coupon but didn't use the coupon code at checkout, your code is still valid and can be redeemed at a later date. You will receive an email with the code in case you don't complete your purchase immediately after redeeming.
To use, you will need to enter the coupon code at checkout.

Tiers
How do I check my Tier status?
You can check your Tier status by opening the Rewards Portal found at the bottom right of our website. Scroll down to see what Tier you are in and how close you may be to reaching the next Tier.
How do Tiers work?
We have 4 Tiers: Iron, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. When you sign up for the program, you are automatically in the Iron Tier just for signing up! Starting that date you will start accruing points immediately!
The tier status period is calculated by Calendar Year. When you reach a certain Tier, you will remain there (or move up if your spending increases you to the next Tier), for the remainder of the year and for the next year.
Our Tiers are based on the amount of money spent (excluding taxes & shipping) and each new Tier has new benefits to unlock!
- Iron - $0 - $499 (active enrollment is required to receive benefits)
- Silver - $500 - $999
- Gold - $1,000 - $1,999
- Diamond - $2,000 +
Redeeming your points will not affect your Tier status.
Do Tiers expire or reset?
Yes, Tier status is based on a 12 month calendar period.
For example, if you spent enough to reach the Diamond tier in November of 2025, you will enjoy the benefits of Diamond tier status for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026.
Then, during the calendar year of 2026, you will have to spend enough to re-qualify for the Diamond tier for 2027. If you do not, the tier status will be recalculated based on the money that you did spend in that 2026 calendar year.
Remember, the amount you spend on our products (after discounts) qualifies you for tiers. This does not include money spent on taxes or shipping.
I'm in the Silver Tier, but I don't see my FREE shipping.
If you are in the Silver Tier or higher, head to the checkout page (not the cart page). There, you should see your correct threshold for FREE shipping in the Cont. U.S.
Silver Tier receives FREE shipping on orders $50+
Gold Tier receives FREE shipping on orders $25+
Diamond Tier receives FREE shipping on all orders.
Please note if you discount your cart total below your tier’s Free Shipping Threshold, you will need to add more items to your cart to qualify for Free Shipping or remove the discount.
If you don’t see the correct shipping discount, reach out to our chat or start a ticket on our contact page with a screenshot of your cart so we can help quickly.
I placed a large order that took me from Iron Tier directly to Gold Tier, why didn't I receive my Silver Tier rewards?
You will only receive the rewards for the Tier that you have entered. Because you jumped over the Silver Tier and did not enter it, you will not receive the entry rewards for that Tier. You will only receive the Gold Tier entry reward(s).
Orders + Returns
I forgot to sign in and just made a purchase, will I still earn points for my order?
To ensure that you will accrue points correctly, please make sure the same email address is used for your payment method an your Rewards account.
We do recommend being logged in to one single account for purchases in order to ensure points are properly credited.

Welcome to the Rustic Strength Rustic Rewards Program!
This Program allows customers with Rustic Strength to earn points for qualifying purchases made on our website (www.rusticstrength.com).
These points can then be redeemed for various rewards and benefits offered by
Rustic Strength.
1. Membership
Free to Join: There is no fee to join the Program.
Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be a customer who is signed up using a name and valid email address.
Enrollment: To enroll, visit RusticStrength.com and click the “Join Now” button.
Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the information associated with your account. You can access and update your account information by logging into your account.
Canceling Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at customercare@rusticstrength.com Upon cancellation, any unused points in your account will be forfeited.
2. Earning Points
Qualifying Purchases: Points can only be earned on qualifying purchases made on
www.rusticstrength.com. Qualifying purchases may include any products designated by Rustic Strength. Shipping fees and taxes are not eligible for points.
Earning Rate: The rate at which you earn points will be 5 points for every $1 spent.
Point Tracking: Points are typically added to your account within 24 hours of your order being shipped. You can track your points balance by logging into your account.
3. Redeeming Points
Redemption Options: You can redeem your points for various rewards and benefits offered by Rustic Strength, such as discounts on future purchases, exclusive merchandise, or free shipping. Rewards will change periodically.
Available redemption options and their point requirements will be displayed on the Program website.
Redemption Process: To redeem points, log into your account and visit the redemption section. Select the desired reward and follow the instructions for redemption. Or simply choose Redeem in the box when you check out.
Restrictions: Points can only be redeemed for authorized rewards. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. Points have no cash value.
4. General Terms
Acceptance: By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Changes to the Program: Rustic Strength reserves the right to modify or change the Program, including the point earning rate, redemption options, and tier structure, at any time without prior notice.
Termination: Rustic Strength reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and/or the Program at any time for any reason.
Inactive Accounts: If your account is inactive for a period of 6 months (180 days) your points may be forfeited.
Promotional Offers: Rustic Strength may offer promotional point bonuses or other benefits from time to time. These promotions will have specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri.
