If there aren't any nearby, you are welcome to participate in our Close the Loop™ program. You can send any of our used containers back to us for cleaning and reusing. We will reward you with points that can be redeemed for future purchases or gifts.

You won't receive your original container back, but when you place your next order you may receive a Close the Loop container. Look for our cute sticker that signifies a reused container - good for you and the planet!

We do not provide a shipping label. Our Close the Loop program is completely optional.

Even if you choose not to return your containers, you can still participate in the program by choosing items with the "do you want a Close the Loop container?" option when available.

Yes! We have just started our Rustic Rewards program and will begin gifting you redemption points for the containers that we receive.

• Earn combinable Points for returning Rustic Strength™ packaging
• 800 points for every ECO-Jug
• 200 points for every half-gallon or 1-gallon bottle

• We will accept and properly recycle any packaging that we cannot use, however packaging that did not originate from Rustic Strength will not be eligible for points credit.
• We aim to issue points within the week that your package(s) are received by our warehouse. Though there are times that it will take longer. The warehouse staff will first sort and assess what was returned before turning in the paperwork for office processing. Your points will be manually entered, at that time.
• You will be able to check your points balance along with any notes, by accessing the Rewards icon which appears in the lower right-hand corner of our website.

We try to unpack and record returns on a weekly basis. If we have a particularly busy week, the warehouse team might not have a chance to get the information to the office right away. Once the count has been recorded and processed, your points will be manually entered into your account. You will receive an email notification when your points are available.

Points are only rewarded for packaging generated by Rustic Strength. We clean, sterilize and refill our packaging to be re-used in our Close the Loop program. Because we are not able to re-fill other packaging for this use, we cannot offer rewards for them. We will however, accept any packaging. Afterall, the goal is to keep as much plastic from entering the landfill as possible! We can use many of these in-house or we ensure that they are properly recycled.

Check that your name is the same on your return label as it is on your account with us. We need to be able to easily identify which account to credit the points to.

Our Close The Loop™ Program encourages the end user to send back containers to be sanitized, and reused.  When customers do this they are reusing their existing containers instead of throwing them away.

Our wholesale program is based on supporting this system as well.  We sell our products to Refill Stations and Refilleries and they in turn encourage the end user to bring in previously used, clean containers to refill with our product.  All our wholesale suppliers have access to the same Close The Loop™ Program as our retail customers.

• At Rustic Strength, we make a conscious effort to recycle, reuse and upcycle all of the materials that come into our facility.  We purchase bottles and caps from other businesses that don't want or can't use them anymore. These bottles would normally end up in a landfill somewhere.

• All of our label stock is reused as paper for notes, formulations and even packing material and printer paper! If we have left over labels, they are used as tape.

• Boxes that we receive supplies in are reused to ship our products.

• We share a building with another company.  This helps decrease land usage and increase power sharing.

• We use glass jugs and plastic as an option for your detergent.

• We use recycled cardboard for packing material.

• We use eco-friendly tape

• The box that it is shipped in can be recycled or reused for shipping other items

• One time purchase of a pump means less waste.  You can keep your pump and reuse it.
