Welcome to a cleaner future! Our Close the Loop program lets you be part of the solution sending back our containers for us to sanitize and re-use.
Here's how it works:
- Return your empty half-gallons, gallons or eco-jugs to Rustic Strength to us at: 403 N Oak Ave Mansfield, MO 65704.
- Save money! Pack multiple containers in one box and use our partner shipper, pirateship.com.
- Prep your containers! Replace the cap to avoid leaks and consider a quick rinse before mailing.
Sustainability Earns Points:
- Earn points! Every returned Rustic Strength container earns you points redeemable for discounts and exclusive perks.
- Point values: Earn 800 points for each ECO-Jug and 200 points for each half-gallon or 1-gallon bottle.
Shop for Savings & Sustainability:
- On Product Pages: Choose the "Do you want a closed-loop container?" option on qualifying products to receive a sanitized, re-used container.
- Clearance Section: Look for items with "CTL" (Close-The-Loop) in the title - these are discounted products in returned containers.

Close The Loop FAQs
Do I have to send back my containers?
We encourage you to reuse or recycle within your own community. If that isn't possible, or you would like to participate in our Close The Loop program, it is entirely optional!
Will I receive anything for sending in my containers?
Yes! We have just started our Rustic Rewards program and will begin gifting you redemption points for the containers that we receive.

• 800 points for every ECO-Jug
• 200 points for every half-gallon or 1-gallon bottle
- We will accept and properly recycle any packaging that we cannot use, however packaging that did not originate from Rustic Strength will not be eligible for points credit.
- We aim to issue points within the week that your package(s) are received by our warehouse. Though there are times that it will take longer. The warehouse staff will first sort and assess what was returned before turning in the paperwork for office processing. Your points will be manually entered, at that time.
- You will be able to check your points balance along with any notes, by accessing the Rewards icon which appears in the lower right-hand corner of our website.
I can see that you received my box(s). How come I don't see my points yet?
We try to unpack and record returns on a weekly basis. If we have a particularly busy week, the warehouse team might not have a chance to get the information to the office right away. Once the count has been recorded and processed, your points will be manually entered into your account. You will receive an email notification when your points are available.
Why didn't I receive points for all of my returns?
Points are only rewarded for packaging generated by Rustic Strength. We clean, sterilize and refill our packaging to be re-used in our Close the Loop program. Because we are not able to re-fill other packaging for this use, we cannot offer rewards for them. We will however, accept any packaging. Afterall, the goal is to keep as much plastic from entering the landfill as possible! We can use many of these in-house or we ensure that they are properly recycled.
Check that your name is the same on your return label as it is on your account with us. We need to be able to easily identify which account to credit the points to.
