You’re absolutely right about one important thing: our room spray is not designed to behave like synthetic plug-ins or wall diffusers. Those products are engineered with chemical fragrance fixatives that force a constant, lingering scent into the air. We intentionally do not use those ingredients, because they’re often the very toxins many customers are trying to remove from their homes.

Our room spray is meant to work differently, it's more like a clean, natural refresh, not a permanent background fragrance.

Here are a few ways to get the best experience from it:

Use it on soft surfaces, not just in the air. Lightly mist curtains, fabric furniture, throw pillows, rugs, or bedding. Natural scents hold much longer on fibers than in open air.

Think “refresh,” not “mask.” It’s ideal after cooking, cleaning, or when you want a quick reset to a space—rather than an all-day scent source.

Reapply as needed. Because we don’t use synthetic stabilizers or heavy fixatives, the scent will naturally dissipate faster. That’s part of keeping it truly non-toxic.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your previous emails. I have scoured our emails and chat histories and am unable to locate any communications. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been—especially when you were genuinely excited about making a cleaner swap for your home.
