Rustic Strength Mobile Messaging Terms

The Rustic Strength mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Rustic Strength, LLC (“Rustic Strength,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service means you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms. Messages may be delivered as SMS, MMS or RCS (rich business messaging), depending on your device and carrier.

What you’ll receive. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from and on behalf of Rustic Strength at the mobile number you provided. These include promotions, specials, product news, cart reminders, and service messages such as order and shipping updates.

Consent is not required to buy. You don’t have to sign up to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Taking part is completely voluntary.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We don’t charge for the Service. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You’ll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP, or email customercare@rusticstrength.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change your mobile number, you’ll need to sign up again with the new number. We may change the number we send from, and will let you know if we do.

Privacy. We don’t sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
