This pump is made to fit our 1/2 Gallon Glass Jugs (64 oz) only. These pumps dispense a full 1oz when fully charged. The exact amount for a medium load of laundry.

This pump does NOT fit the 24 oz bottle.

Please note some of these pumps are prone to a slight drip. We recommend keeping a drip cup or rag under the pump area as a catch. It is possible to lessen the dripping by making sure the pump and its stem are fully retracted to their upward most position after you are finished dispensing your product.

Does not go into the bottle all the way, and is very hard to empty with my arthritic hands. Wish I had gotten a 2nd measuring cup instead.

Hi Sarah, In looking at your order, I don't see that you ordered any half gallon containers. Are you trying to fit the Half Gallon Pump onto the 24 oz jug? The 24 oz jugs are not compatible with any pump and are designed to be poured. We are sorry for any confusion and will re-review the description in the listing to ensure that this is made more clear. I’m sure this is good. Ordered the wrong sizes laundry detergent for it but everything rose has been so good
