Eco-Jug Easy Wrench

I ordered the multi purpose spray cleaner 5gallon which smells and cleans wonderfully but couldn’t open it!! 😂
My husband tried opening it, my daughter and my self but nothing. We even asked a handyman that was over our house doing some work and he couldn’t even open it! lol
We tried manually…using a silicone gripper, a rubber mallet and still nothing. This is how well it was sealed!! When i asked the rustic strength team how can i open it they were so helpful. They gave me directions on how to open it but when i still had trouble doing so they gifted me the wrench which it’s a life saver!!! We opened the container lid without damaging the lid or busting our hands. lol
This is an absolutely necessary tool for those larger container lids!!!!

I guess I didn’t understand what I was ordering. I thought it was a small one and you needed it to open the lid on the glass jug. It is not it is large and basically useless for me. My mistake so on me
