This pump fits our 1/2 Gallon Jugs (64 oz) only. These pumps dispense a full 1oz when fully charged. The exact amount for a medium load of laundry.

We sell our pumps separately from our product to help reduce waste in the environment and your home.

This pump does NOT fit the 24 oz bottle.

Please note some of these pumps are prone to a slight drip. We recommend keeping a drip cup or rag under the pump area as a catch. It is possible to lessen the dripping by making sure the pump and its stem are fully retracted to their upward most position after you are finished dispensing you product.

Did not receive 2 pumps as ordered. Will not refund or ship another. Ok product. Terrible company and communication

Hi Matthew, I had to dig a bit to find your communication in the Shopify chat letting us know what was missing. I see that a replacement pump was sent to you as soon as you let us know that it was missing from your order. Have you not received that tracking number? Please look in your email on the 15th. Tracking shows that you should have received it on the 21st. If there was any trouble with the delivery, please reach out to customercare at rusticstrength dot com.

It didn’t fit/work on the glass bottle - terrible!!

Hi Steve. It appears that you had ordered the 1/2 gallon (64 oz) pump, but that your detergent was ordered in the 24 oz glass bottle. There is not a pump available for the 24 oz bottle. I'm very sorry the confusion. We have done our best to make it very clear on the pump listings that they will not fit on the smaller, 24 oz bottle and that they will only fit the 1/2 gallon (64 oz) bottle that they are listed for.
